My mother bought a Ford Flex a little while back, and until she did, I swear I had only seen the car twice, ever. Now, I see them everywhere. There is the chance that I’m the progeny of vehicle trendsetters. However, the more likely scenario, is that until I made a connection with it the car faded into the background ,like thousands of other things I see and don’t notice every day. Opportunities are similar, they are everywhere, and if you aren't familiar, or actively looking for them, they blend into the noise and you'll never be able to utilize them.
How often has someone mentioned that you would be good at something- and you haven’t pursued it?
How often are you waiting on someone to chase you to give you a job? To teach you a new skill? To add excitement to your life? How many opportunities for something different do you never give life to?
Who do you know that's already figured it out? Why haven't you asked them for advice?
