No you don't. Not if you are aware of the problem, and not doing anything about it.
The world is full of people who either don't know, or don't care about your problems. You can inform them, confront them, or grow past them. But if you ignore them, you will get nowhere. The odds may be stacked against you, fundamentally changing that is going to take more work to gain any momentum. Lazy thinking is a group disease and is entrenched in it's ways.
If you want the establishment to get better, you have to be better than the establishment.
